Emergency boiler repair
I needed an emergency call out after my boiler stopped working. They were able to arrange a convenient time with me. I was contacted to confirm the time and was updated whether this would change. When it came to doing the repair, he knew exactly which parts were needed and did an excellent repair over the course of a couple of hours. Everything’s repaired now and he made sure to clean up after the job was finished. Brilliant experience all around.

Janusz came out in the late afternoon at very short notice and with a full dedication stayed late to finish the job he started. Not only did he find the root cause of the problem but also fixed it really quickly. It was really impressive, given the heating system in our flat is way too over-complicated. Highly recommend!

Great emergency service

Excellent prompt service for urgent repair
Janusz provides an excellent service. He carried out an urgent repair for me this week quickly and efficiently. He arrived on time and explained the problem that was causing the toilet to stop flushing and replaced the worn part very quickly. He also noticed a problem with the cistern, as it was starting to pull away from the wall and as part of the job he spent an extra 10 mins to secure it to the wall. I would definitely recommend him, he provides an excellent service for a very reasonable charge and goes the extra mile to help you.

Blocked drain and toilet leak
We developed two plumbing problems over the same weekend, and Janusz was able to come out straight away on a Sunday to fix them. He managed to identify the problems very quickly and solved them both, keeping me informed throughout of what was happening. He had all the tools and parts with him and both jobs took 1.5hrs to fix from start to finish. Overall very happy with the service and would definitely use again. Simon
